We’re looking for one Full-Time (averaging 38 hours per week) and one Part-Time (averaging 26 hours per week) Receptionist to join our Biggleswade practice starting in April/May 2025. Both positions are 9-month fixed-term contracts covering maternity leave and will include working 1 in 4 weekends., As a Receptionist, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless and friendly experience for our clients and their pets. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Offering exceptional service to clients and ensuring the best care for their pets, acting as the link between clients and our clinical team.

  • Building strong, trusting relationships with clients, their pets, and the practice team.

  • Creating a positive and memorable client experience, ensuring every visit exceeds expectations.

  • Welcoming clients, managing payments, and confidently scheduling future bookings.

  • Coordinating the practice’s day-to-day routines through our online booking system (computer literacy is essential).
