Vets Now Bath – Veterinary Surgeon – Part-Time

Join our Emergency and Critical Care service at Vets Now Bath

This is an excellent opportunity for a Vet Surgeon to become part of our welcoming team at Vets Now Bath.

Vets Now Bath offers a varied caseload, which will sharpen and develop your veterinary skills and will expose you to an interesting range of cases that you simply won’t see in general practice.

At Vets Now Bath you will often work with a supportive team of Nurses, Receptionists and Animal Care Assistants.

Bath as a location offers historical, cultural and outdoor attractions.

Working out-of-hours doesn’t mean working all hours

Working on a part-time basis, currently the shifts will typically include the below (on an 8-week rolling rota), plus a fair share of bank holidays:

  • Week 1: Thursday night shift 7pm – 8:30am
  • Week 2: Saturday night shift 7pm – 9am, Sunday night shift 7pm – 8:30am
  • Week 3: Thursday night shift 7pm – 8:30am, Sunday backshift 4pm – 10:30pm
  • Week 4: No shifts
  • Week 5: Thursday night shift 7pm – 8:30am
  • Week 6: Saturday night shift 7pm – 9am, Sunday night shift 7pm – 8:30am
  • Week 7: Thursday night shift 7pm – 8:30am
  • Week 8: Saturday day shift 12pm – 7:30pm

How many of the available shifts to be worked in the rota can be discussed further, we will try to work around your lifestyle and clinic requirements.
