Role Overview
- Be the face of Emergency and Critical Care services:
- Receptionists are the first point of contact during emergencies, handling calls, greeting clients, and managing financial transactions.
- Provide updates:
- Relay information to the veterinary team about patients enroute to the clinic or clients in need of assistance.
- Handle administration duties:
- Perform administrative tasks accurately.
Working pattern
Role 1
Week 1: Saturday from 12:00 to 18.00 and Sunday from 09:00 to 18:00
Week 2: Sunday from 09:00 to 18:00
Week 3: Saturday from 12:00 to 18:00 and Sunday from 09:00 to 18:00
Week 4: Off
Week 5: Sunday from 09:00 to 18:00
Plus, a fair share of bank holidays.
