Great Western Exotics is the leading avian and exotic animal specific veterinary services in the UK. Part of Vets Now, we offer 24/7 avian and exotic animal referral service for veterinary professionals, as well as routine first-opinion consultations for pet owners seven days a week.
Role Responsibilities
- Be the face of Emergency and Critical Care services:
- Receptionists are the first point of contact during emergencies, handling calls, greeting clients, and managing financial transactions.
- Provide updates:
- Relay information to the veterinary team about patients enroute to the clinic or clients in need of assistance.
- Handle administration duties:
- Perform administrative tasks accurately.
Working pattern
Wednesday from 08:00 to 18:30
Thursday from 13:30 to 18:30
Friday from 08:00 to 18:30
Plus, a fair share of bank holidays.
