Key Responsibilities

  • Be the face of Emergency and Critical Care services:
    • Receptionists are the first point of contact during emergencies, handling calls, greeting clients, and managing financial transactions.
  • Provide updates:
    • Relay information to the veterinary team about patients enroute to the clinic or clients in need of assistance.
  • Handle administration duties:
    • Perform administrative tasks accurately.

Rota pattern

Week 1: Monday from 18:30 to 21:00, Tuesday from 18:30 to 22:30, Saturday from 12:00 to 19:00 and Sunday 13:00 to 20:00

Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 18:30 to 22:30

Plus, a fair share of bank holidays.
