Key Responsibilities
- Be the face of Emergency and Critical Care services: Receptionists are the first point of contact during emergencies, handling calls, greeting clients, and managing financial transactions.
- Provide updates: Relay information to the veterinary team about patients enroute to the clinic or clients in need of assistance.
- Handle administration duties: Perform administrative tasks accurately.
Working Pattern
Week 1: Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday from 18:00 to 00:00
Week 2: Tuesday from 18:00 to 00:00
Week 3: Thursday and Saturday from 18:00 to 00:00
Week 4: Tuesday from 18:00 to 00:00
Plus, a fair share of bank holidays.
