Role Overview
As the Clinic Administrator, you will report to the Head Nurse and focus on various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the clinic. Tasks will include:
- Prepare and execute weekly banking tasks including cash deposits, debt chasing and preparing and administrating refunds to clients.
- Petty cash management and till balancing.
- Control account management and investigate banking differences alongside the Head Nurse and the Finance team.
- Stock ordering for clinic office supplies and marketing materials for the clinic.
- Manage clinic emails and respond to client enquiries.

- Every Monday from 09:00 to 14:00
