Role Overview

  • Be the face of Emergency and Critical Care services: Receptionists are the first point of contact during emergencies, handling calls, greeting clients, and managing financial transactions.
  • Provide updates: Relay information to the veterinary team about patients enroute to the clinic or clients in need of assistance.
  • Handle administration duties: Perform administrative tasks accurately.

Working pattern

Every Sunday 09:00-21:00 Plus, a fair share of bank holidays.
