You will be joining a dedicated team of Vets, Nurses, Animal Care Assistants, and Receptionists in our 24/7 emergency and speciality referral Manchester Hospital. The Vets Now Pet Emergency Hospital in Manchester provides both a first-class referral service and an out-of-hours emergency service for veterinary practices in and around the Manchester area.
Role Overview
- First point of contact: Serve as an initial point of contact for clients during emergency situations, whether through calls or in person visits. Including greeting all clients, answering calls, and booking appointments as well as handling financial transactions.
- Administration: Manage administrative duties in clinic accurately, ensuring the smooth operation of the service. Providing updates to veterinary staff about patients enroute or clients requiring assistance.
- Client Support: Be a friendly and reassuring presence, offering support and information when clients need it most. Act as a liaison between clients and veterinary professionals.

- Week 4: Tuesday from 17:00 to 23:00 and Sunday from 11:00 to 19:00
