Key Responsibilities

  • Be the face of Emergency and Critical Care services: Receptionists are the first point of contact during emergencies, handling calls, greeting clients, and managing financial transactions.
  • Provide updates: Relay information to the veterinary team about patients enroute to the clinic or clients in need of assistance.
  • Handle administration duties: Perform administrative tasks accurately, ensuring the smooth operation of the service.
  • Client Support: Be a friendly and reassuring presence, offering support and information when clients need it most. Act as a liaison between clients and veterinary professionals.

Rota pattern

  • Week 1: Monday and Tuesday 19:00 to 00:00, Saturday 12:00 to 20:00 and Sunday 08:00 to 20:00 pm
  • Week 2: Monday and Tuesday 19:00 to 00:00
  • Week 3: Monday and Tuesday 19:00 to 00:00
  • Week 4: Monday and Tuesday 19:00 to 00:00, Saturday 12:00 to 20:00 and Sunday 08:00 to 20:00 pm
