Key Responsibilities
- Be the face of Emergency and Critical Care services: Receptionist is the first point of contact during emergencies, handling calls, greeting clients, and managing financial transactions.
- Provide updates: Relay information to the veterinary team about patients en route to the clinic or clients in need of assistance.
- Handle administration duties accurately to support the smooth operation of the service.
- Client Support: Be a friendly and reassuring presence, offering support and information when clients need it most. Act as liaison between clients and veterinary professionals.
Rota pattern
Week 1: Wednesday 18:00‑23:00, Friday 18:00‑23:00, Sunday 08:00‑16:00
Week 2: Monday 18:00‑23:00, Tuesday 18:00‑23:00
Week 3: Thursday 18:00‑23:00, Saturday 12:00‑20:00, Sunday 16:00‑00:00
