Role Overview
- Be the face of Emergency and Critical Care services:
- Receptionists are the first point of contact during emergencies, handling calls, greeting clients, and managing financial transactions.
- Provide updates:
- Relay information to the veterinary team about patients enroute to the clinic or clients in need of assistance.
- Handle administration duties:
- Perform administrative tasks accurately.
Working pattern
Week 1: Off
Week 2: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 19:00 to 23:00, Saturday from 12:00 to 18:00 and Sunday from 09:00 to 18:00
Week 3: Off
Week 4: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 19:00 to 23:00, Saturday and Sunday from 18:00 to 23:00
Plus, a fair share of bank holidays.
