Key Responsibilities
- First point of contact: Serve as an initial point of contact for clients during emergency situations, whether through calls or in person visits. Including greeting all clients, answering calls, and booking appointments as well as handling financial transactions.
- Administration: Manage administrative duties in clinic accurately, ensuring the smooth operation of the service. Providing updates to veterinary staff about patients enroute or clients requiring assistance.
- Client Support: Be a friendly and reassuring presence, offering support and information when clients need it most. Act as a liaison between clients and veterinary professionals.
Working pattern
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 19:00 to 00:00
Week 2: Tuesday and Wednesday from 19:00 to 00:00 and Sunday from 09:00 to 19:00
Week 3: Thursday and Friday from 19:00 to 00:00
Week 4: Thursday and Friday from 19:00 to 00:00
Plus, a fair share of bank holidays.
