Vets Now is the UK's leading provider of emergency pet care, serving over 1700 veterinary practices through 60 plus dedicated out-of-hours clinics and two 24/7 pet emergency hospitals. Our Northampton clinic has been providing local emergency care since 2005 and has the RCVS Small Animal Emergency Service Clinic accreditation, reflecting the work the practice does treating emergency and critical care cases without appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
- First Aid - give appropriate advice over the phone and perform in clinic.
- Critical Care - management and monitoring of major body systems, monitoring of in-patient trends and identifying changes quickly, physiotherapy, pain assessment, wound and dressing care.

Working Pattern:
- Week 2: Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 19:00 to 09:00
- Week 4: Tuesday and Wednesday from 19:00 to 09:00, Saturday from 12:00 to 19:30 and Sunday from 08:30 to 19:30
- Week 6: Monday and Tuesday from 19:00 to 09:00, Sunday from 08:30 to 22:00
- Week 7: Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 19:00 to 09:00
- Plus, a fair share of bank holidays.
