Key Responsibilities
- First point of contact: Serve as an initial point of contact for clients during emergency situations, whether through calls or in person visits. Including greeting all clients, answering calls, and booking appointments as well as handling financial transactions.
- Administration: Manage administrative duties in clinic accurately, ensuring the smooth operation of the service. Providing updates to veterinary staff about patients enroute or clients requiring assistance.
- Client Support: Be a friendly and reassuring presence, offering support and information when clients need it most. Act as a liaison between clients and veterinary professionals.
Working pattern
Role 1
- Week 1: Saturday and Sunday from 17:00 to 23:00
- Week 2: Monday and Wednesday from 18:00 to 23:00
- Week 3: Tuesday from 17:00 to 23:00, Saturday from 09:00 to 16:00 and Sunday from 09:00 to 16:00
- Week 4: Tuesday from 15:00 to 20:00, Wednesday from 16:00 to 23:00 and Friday from 15:00 to 23:00
- Plus, a fair share of bank holidays.
Role 2
- Week 1: Thursday from 07:00 to 14:00, Friday from 07:00 to 15:00 and Saturday from 11:00 to 18:00
- Week 2: Tuesday from 07:00 to 14:00 and Saturday from 09:00 to 17:00
- Week 3: Tuesday from 07:00 to 16:00 and Friday from 07:00 to 13:00
- Week 4: Tuesday from 07:00 to 14:00 and Wednesday from 07:00 to 14:00
- Plus, a fair share of bank holidays.
