Key Responsibilities
- Be the face of Emergency and Critical Care services: Receptionists are the first point of contact during emergencies, handling calls, greeting clients, and managing financial transactions.
- Provide updates: Relay information to the veterinary team about patients enroute to the clinic or clients in need of assistance.
- Handle administration duties: Perform administrative tasks accurately.
- First point of contact: Serve as an initial point of contact for clients during emergency situations, whether through calls or in person visits. Including greeting all clients, answering calls, and booking appointments as well as handling financial transactions.
- Administration: Manage administrative duties in clinic accurately, ensuring the smooth operation of the service.
- Providing updates to veterinary staff about patients enroute or clients requiring assistance.
- Client Support: Be a friendly and reassuring presence, offering support and information when clients need it most. Act as a liaison between clients and veterinary professionals.

Every Sunday 9am- 7pm Plus a share of bank holidays
