Overview
Insurance Administrator
Part time – 30 hours per week – Monday – Friday between the hours of 9am – 5pm
£12.60 per hour
Remote with travel to Vets Now Support Office in Dunfermline

About the role
We’re looking for a detail driven Insurance Administrator to join our friendly reception and administration team. You’ll be the vital link between our clinic teams, clients, and insurance companies, ensuring claims are processed efficiently, queries are resolved quickly, and every client receives a seamless experience.
Responsibilities
- Process insurance claims from start to settlement
- Deliver excellent customer service via phone and email
- Keep client communications accurate and up to date
- Maintain precise insurance records in our business systems
- Liaise with insurers, clients, clinicians, and colleagues
- Spot and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Work confidently with insurance portals and paper forms
- Suggest improvements to streamline processes
What we’re looking for
- Experience in customer service, handling complex queries
- Ideally, knowledge of credit management and insurance claims (preferred, not essential)
- Strong relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders
- Professional, ethical, and proactive approach
