Key Responsibilities
- Be the face of Emergency and Critical Care services: Receptionists are the first point of contact during emergencies, handling calls, greeting clients, and managing financial transactions.
- Provide updates: Relay information to the veterinary team about patients enroute to the clinic or clients in need of assistance.
- Handle administration duties: Perform administrative tasks accurately.
- First point of contact: Serve as an initial point of contact for clients during emergency situations, whether through calls or in person visits.
- Administration: Manage administrative duties in clinic accurately, ensuring the smooth operation of the service.
- Client Support: Be a friendly and reassuring presence, offering support and information when clients need it most.
Rota pattern
Every Sunday 9am- 7pm Plus a share of bank holidays
