Role Overview
- Be the face of Emergency and Critical Care services: Receptionists are the first point of contact during emergencies, handling calls, greeting clients, and managing financial transactions.
- Provide updates: Relay information to the veterinary team about patients enroute to the clinic or clients in need of assistance.
- Handle administration duties: Perform administrative tasks accurately.
Working pattern
Every other weekend: Saturday 12:00-00:00 and Sunday 16:00-00:00, plus a fair share of bank holidays.
