Part Time Veterinary Surgeon
Up to £75,000 DOE pro rata plus benefits
At Vets Now, we understand that there’s life beyond the typical 9-5. If you’re looking for change or want to enhance your ECC skills, this part time role in Liverpool could be perfect for you. We are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to work on average of 14 hours per week, following the nine-week rolling rota pattern below:
- Week 1: Saturday 1200-1830 and Sunday 0830-1830
- Week 2: Monday 1800-0900
- Week 3: Off
- Week 4: Saturday 1200-1830 and Sunday 0830-1830
- Week 5: Monday 1800-0900
- Week 6: Off
- Week 7: Saturday 1200-1830 and Sunday 0830-1830
- Week 8: Monday 1800-0900, Saturday 1800-0900 and Sunday 1800-0900
- Week 9: Off
In the Liverpool clinic, you’ll find a strong support network in highly experienced and ECC certified Surgeons, ECC certified skilled nurses and knowledgeable Animal Care Assistants and Receptionists. Thanks to our diverse and busy caseload, spanning both private and PDSA cases, you’ll typically work alongside at least one experienced vet and two seasoned nurses (may be more during our peak times), ensuring you’re never short of support. You’ll benefit from dedicated support and coaching, both formally as part of your professional journey and informally through collaboration with our Senior Vet, Sadie.
