Overview
Part Time Animal Care Assistant — 9 months Fixed Term Contract from October 2025 — £12.60ph Plus Benefits.

Vets Now is the UK\’s leading provider of emergency pet care, serving over 1700 veterinary practices through 60 plus dedicated out-of-hours clinics and two 24/7 pet emergency hospitals. Join our clinic team in Hull and contribute to the vital emergency and critical care service we provide.
Role
Responsibilities
- Work under the guidance of Vet Nurses and Vet Surgeons.
- Handle patients for basic procedures and assist with running diagnostic tests.
- Assist in setting up and clearing down theatres for surgical procedures.
- Ensure all in-patients have their basic husbandry needs attended to.
Working pattern
2 shifts on / 4 shifts off working 19:30 to 08:30. Plus, a fair share of bank holidays.
