As a Children’s Residential Support Worker in Yarnton, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing environment that promotes emotional well-being and personal development.
Key Responsibilities- Engage and motivate young people through activities, encouraging responsibility and independence appropriate to their age.
- Create a warm, safe, and nurturing home environment, promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
- Safely support and de-escalate challenging behaviours with empathy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with parents, social workers, psychologists, and other professionals to support each child's individual care plan.
