An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Registered Manager to lead a new 2-bed children's home in Wisbech. This specialised service supports children and young people who have experienced complex trauma or exploitation. As the Senior Registered Manager, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding, trauma-informed care within a therapeutic environment, ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the young people in your care. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead with compassion and integrity, ensuring children receive tailored care, support, and guidance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with children and young people who have experienced trauma.
  • Strong knowledge of legislation and safeguarding procedures, including The Children Act 1989 and children's home regulations.
  • Experience managing budgets and financial operations.
  • Full UK driving licence is essential.
