Job Description
We are seeking an active, fun, and outgoing Senior Support Worker to join a nurturing home environment in Wisbech. This role involves supporting young people through challenges, helping them build confidence, skills, and brighter futures within a caring team setting. Key Responsibilities
- Supporting young people in a residential setting, providing positive role modelling and structure.
- Assisting with their personal development, confidence-building, and skill acquisition.
- Working long shifts, including sleep-ins, to ensure consistent support and safety for the young people.
- Building strong, trusting relationships to promote resilience and independence.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 12 months' Children's Home experience.
- Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification.
- A caring, energetic, and flexible approach.
- Willingness to work shifts and sleep-ins.
- A Full UK Driving Licence is required.
