Overview

Location: Wigan, Widnes, Runcorn, North West, UK

Salary: Up to £50,000 + bonuses

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee 12 supported accommodation services across the North West, supporting 16-18-year-olds
  • Lead and support a team of deputy service managers and team leaders within each service
  • Ensure all services meet OFSTED standards and company policies
  • Manage service budgets and oversee financial planning
  • Lead recruitment, staff development, and performance management
  • Handle safeguarding concerns and ensure safeguarding policies are adhered to
  • Maintain high standards of care and support for young people in line with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Level 5 in Leadership and Management or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a management role within children and young people's services
  • Strong understanding of OFSTED regulations and compliance
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and oversee operational activities
  • Driving licence is essential, as services are based across multiple locations in the North West
