Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Residential Support Workers to join our team at a well-established care facility in Peterborough. This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact within a supportive environment, working closely with children and young people in a residential setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in line with their individual needs and care plans
- Assisting with daily routines, including personal care, activities, and behavioural management
- Promoting a safe, nurturing environment that encourages development and well-being
- Working collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for residents
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience in the care sector or working with children is essential
- A relevant qualification such as NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent
- Mandatory compliance, including an Enhanced DBS Check and a full UK driving licence (if required)
