Salary: £28,051 - £28,877 per year (plus enhanced overtime options)
Hours: A mixture of early shifts, late shifts and long days. Shifts across evenings and weekends, with a rota ensuring a protected 3-day weekend off every three weeks.
About the Role: As a Residential Care Worker in Welshpool, you will be an integral part of a team providing compassionate, structured care to young people within a highly supportive environment.
