Responsibilities
- Act as Registered Manager, responsible for safe and effective management of a children's home.
- Support children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) and challenging behaviours.
- Work with the Resident Inspector (RI) to ensure the service complies with OFSTED and company standards, maintaining the current Good rating.
- Recruit, develop and supervise a staff team, ensuring child‑focused support and positive outcomes.
- Address safeguarding concerns.
- Manage the home's budget.
- Work under the company's standards and policies.
Requirements
- Level 5 in Leadership and Management.
- Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People.
- Valid Driving Licence.
- Experience as a Deputy or Registered Manager.
