Job Description:
Vetro are seeking a dedicated and well-qualified Teaching Assistant Level 3 to join a vibrant team at a leading secondary school on the Wirral. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support students' educational development within a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting students in the classroom, on a 1:1 basis, or in small groups to promote their learning and independence
- Assisting teaching staff with planning and delivering lessons tailored to individual needs
- Building effective relationships with students and the wider school community to overcome barriers to learning
- Promoting a positive and inclusive environment that encourages student engagement and achievement
Requirements & Qualifications:
- An NVQ Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience working with children and young people in an educational or care setting
- Mandatory compliance with an Enhanced DBS Check and relevant safeguarding training
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of integrity and confidentiality
- Sensitivity, patience, and a flexible approach to working with children and young people
