We are seeking reliable and adaptable Supply Teachers to support primary and secondary schools across Swansea, Llanelli, and Neath. This role offers flexible supply options, including temporary, long-term, and permanent positions, with competitive daily rates paid weekly via PAYE.

Responsibilities

  • Work in inclusive educational settings, including ALN units, to support pupils with a range of Additional Learning Needs (ALN).
  • Deliver engaging lessons, manage classroom activities, and provide 1:1 or small group support in areas such as literacy, numeracy, and wellbeing.
  • Support pupils with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, SEMH needs, speech and language difficulties, and complex physical or medical needs.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Candidates with a teaching qualification or experience in teaching are desirable.
  • Previous experience working with children or young people in educational or care settings, especially in ALN units, is preferred.
  • Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) or willingness to register is required, along with an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
