We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead a children’s residential home in Thatcham. The Registered Manager will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care that meets and exceeds regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Qualification: Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care for Children and Young People or equivalent.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a managerial role within a children’s residential setting.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of Children’s Homes Regulations, Health and Safety legislation, and safeguarding procedures.
  • Skills: Proven leadership, team management, organisational, and financial management skills.
