You will play a crucial role in providing valuable support to pupils within the Foundation Phase and Key Stage 2 classes, helping them to reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities: * Working closely with class teachers to support the learning and development of individual pupils and small groups. * Providing assistance during classroom activities, ensuring all students can access the curriculum. * Supporting pupils with their social, emotional, and behavioural development. * Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. * Assisting with the preparation of resources and materials. * Providing feedback to the class teacher on pupil progress. * Contributing to the overall well-being and safety of the students.
