An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join a purpose-built neurological home in Swansea. This role offers flexible working hours, including days, nights and weekends, in a low-secure mental health facility that provides high-quality assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for residents with neurological conditions. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high standards of nursing care in a supportive environment, ensuring residents receive personalised care plans tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administering medication and reviewing care plans for residents

Requirements
