This leading specialist provider seeks a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to oversee autism support services in Neath, Wales. The successful candidate will ensure high‑quality care for autistic adults, fostering a culture of inclusion, well‑being, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the delivery of a regulated autism support service in Neath, Wales.
  • Foster a positive, values‑driven team environment to support staff retention and development.
  • Collaborate with HR and regional leadership to build a resilient and motivated team of Support Workers.
  • Monitor service performance through digital dashboards and data analysis to inform continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies, regulatory standards, and autism‑specific frameworks such as SPELL, PBS, and TEACCH.
  • Champion reflective practice, innovation, and stakeholder engagement to enhance service quality.
  • Embed best practice and promote a culture of inclusion and wellbeing for autistic adults.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing services for autistic adults, individuals with learning disabilities, or those with complex needs.
  • In‑depth knowledge of regulatory standards, safeguarding, and autism‑specific frameworks.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience coaching and motivating staff.
  • Competent in using care management systems, digital reporting tools, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to analyse service data and implement improvement strategies.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of service users.

Full‑time position at 35 hours per week.
