Vetro Recruitment is currently recruiting Supply Teaching Assistants to work in primary schools across Swansea on a day-to-day, short-term, and long-term basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in different school environments while enjoying flexibility that suits your lifestyle.
Responsibilities
- Support class teachers with daily classroom activities
- Work with individual pupils or small groups as required
- Assist in creating a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Adapt quickly to different classroom settings and routines
- Provide general classroom support across mainstream and ALN settings (depending on experience)

Key Requirements
- Experience working with children in a school or similar setting
- A flexible, reliable, and proactive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- References covering the last two years
- The Right to Work in the UK
- Experience supporting ALN/SEN pupils is highly beneficial but not essential
