Key Responsibilities
- Support the Registered Manager in the daily running of the children's residential home in Stevenage.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of a therapeutic model of care aligned with the 'language that cares' philosophy.
- Mentor, support, and develop the staff team to ensure a high standard of care and professional growth.
- Assist with operational tasks including managing budgets, staff rotas, and ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working within a Residential Children's home, ideally at a Senior or Deputy level.

- Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures.
- Practical experience managing budgets and staff rotas.
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle.
