Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the day‑to‑day management of the children’s home in Shrewsbury as the Registered Manager
  • Ensure the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance with Ofsted regulations
  • Manage, develop, and support a dedicated team to deliver therapeutic, child‑centred outcomes

Requirements:
