The Role of a Senior Support Worker – Children\’s residential Services:
As a Senior Support Worker, you\’ll lead shifts, implement care plans, mentor staff, and ensure the safety and well-being of the young people in your care. This role offers a chance to utilise your experience to create a positive impact.

• Lead and organise shifts, ensuring high standards of care.
• Implement and oversee individual care plans.

• Participate in on-call and sleep-in rotas.

• Proven support work experience, ideally with some leadership.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Proactive and organised approach.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, Bank Holidays, on-call, and sleep-ins.
