Job Title: Senior Support Worker – Children\’s Residential
Location: Wisbech
Salary: £29.2k – £30.4k + Additional £3,000-£8,000 per year from sleep-ins
Hours: 39 per week
Driving Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence required

The Opportunity:
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a full-time Senior Support Worker to join our incredible team in Wisbech. In this role, you will provide outstanding care and support, helping young people lead happy, fulfilling lives. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a Team: Guide and mentor other support workers, providing high-quality care and support.
• Role Model: Act as a positive role model, demonstrating best practices and creating a supportive environment.
• Daily Care: Meet the everyday living needs of the children, fostering an environment of recovery, growth, and lasting change.
• Build Relationships: Develop trusting relationships that make a meaningful impact on the children\’s lives.
  Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring care meets the highest standards, helping each child thrive.

Requirements:

• Caring Nature: We\’re looking for individuals who are caring, flexible, and resilient.
• Experience: Minimum of 12 months in the care sector.
• Qualifications: Ideally, a Level 3 qualification in residential childcare (will be recognized in your pay rate).
• Flexibility: Must be able to work flexible shifts, including sleep-ins.
• Driving Licence: Full UK Driving Licence required.
