As a SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with behavioural challenges, helping them to achieve their full potential in a supportive and structured environment. You will work closely with teachers, the SENCO, and other professionals to develop and implement behaviour management strategies and provide targeted support. This school works with both Primary and Secondary aged students.
