Job Responsibilities:
- Joining the management team of an existing children's residential care home.
- Working alongside the registered manager to ensure the home is safely managed, meeting Ofsted and company standards, whilst also ensuring each young person has effective and child-focused support.
- Manage and update care plans.
- Work with the manager to manage, support and develop the staff team.
- Working within a larger children's services organisation that has a wide variety of services across the northwest.
Salary and Contract:
- £15.00 per hour, + £75 per sleep.
- 2 on, 4 off shift pattern.
- Full-time, permanent contract.
Requirements:
- Senior or Deputy Manager experience.
- Driving licence.
