Job Responsibilities:

  • Joining the management team of an existing children's residential care home.
  • Working alongside the registered manager to ensure the home is safely managed, meeting Ofsted and company standards, whilst also ensuring each young person has effective and child-focused support.
  • Manage and update care plans.
  • Work with the manager to manage, support and develop the staff team.
  • Working within a larger children's services organisation that has a wide variety of services across the northwest.

Salary and Contract:

  • £15.00 per hour, + £75 per sleep.
  • 2 on, 4 off shift pattern.
  • Full-time, permanent contract.

Requirements:

  • Senior or Deputy Manager experience.
  • Driving licence.
