Job Details
- Role: Senior Support Worker
- Salary: up to £35,000
- Location: Monkton Heathfield
- Hours: 2 on, four off rota
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with managers to oversee the daily operations of the home, ensuring smooth day and night shifts.
- Provide direct support to the children.
- Act as a mentor and supervisor to staff.
- Lead the maintenance of a safe, nurturing environment.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce or an equivalent qualification (e.g., a degree in Health and Social Care), or currently working towards it.
- A full, clean driving licence.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a residential setting.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capability to mentor and support others.
