We are seeking a dedicated Senior Children’s Residential Support Worker to join a leading provider of children’s residential services in Rotherham. This role offers an excellent opportunity to support young people aged 8 to 16 with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), helping them lead happier, more successful lives. As a Senior Children’s Residential Support Worker, you will assist in the day‑to‑day management of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
