An established specialist provider is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead a Children's Home (EBD) in Romford. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Children's Home (EBD), ensuring high standards of care and service delivery.
- Maintain full compliance with Ofsted regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Promote safeguarding and child protection practices, developing staff knowledge and understanding.
- Inspire, motivate, and develop a highly skilled team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Effectively deploy resources, including staffing, to optimise service outcomes.
- Communicate proactively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Manage financial performance, meeting or exceeding set targets.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working within Children's Homes in the last 5 years, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Current or previous registration with Ofsted as a Registered Manager (preferred).
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and Ofsted regulations.
- Level 5 Qualification in Health and Social Care, Leadership, or Management (preferred).
