My client, who is already established in the Children\’s Sector, with well established homes, offering autonomy and the chance to make the home yours concerning everything from decor to staff team and referrals, you will have the opportunity to shape the culture, ethos and vision of the company. My client is looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to lead all aspects of the service

• Job Title: Responsible Individual (RI)
• Basic Salary: up to £50,000
• Location: Blaenau Gwent
• Hours: 4 days, 32 hours a week
• Contract Type: Permanent

Delivering the highest levels of care and support to the young people through the provision of leadership, direction, and management of the residential children\’s service\’s, you will have the children and quality at the heart of your values, and the vision to inspire and support the young people to lead happy and successful lives.

The ideal candidate for this position will have strong leadership and managerial skills and a proven track record through \”Good\” or \”Outstanding\”
ratings.

Requirements:

• NVQ or QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management (Children\’s Services)
• NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Children\’s Residential Services or equivalent
• Experience working within a Children\’s Home Registered Manager\’s position
• Experience working with a Children\’s Home RI or Operation Manager Role
• Experience in a residential children\’s home environment
• Full UK driving licence
