The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring high-quality care standards and supporting the organisation’s goal to become the area’s first-choice provider. Key Responsibilities Leading and managing staff across multiple children’s homes to deliver exceptional care. Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safeguarding standards. Developing and implementing strategies to grow the business, with plans to open four new homes within the next year.
