Vetro Recruitment is working with a not-for-profit provider supporting adults with learning disabilities to recruit a Regional Manager for West Wales (Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire). This is a full-time role, 38 hours per week, with a salary of 39,000 to 44,000 per annum plus a 1,000 car allowance.

In West Wales, you will provide leadership across approximately 18 supported living houses, supporting around 35 people, and leading a team of approximately 8 Supported Living Managers. The Regional Manager role reports to the Head of Support and Inclusion (Wales) and focuses on driving high-quality, person-centred support, strong regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.

What you’ll be doing as Regional Manager (West Wales):

  • Providing inclusive, values-led leadership to Supported Living Managers and their teams
  • Developing managers to improve performance, quality, and regulatory compliance
  • Promoting a culture where people are actively involved in decisions about their lives
  • Supporting community integration and effective communication within local communities
  • Overseeing recruitment processes, including selecting new staff and reviewing performance during probation
  • Carrying out quality monitoring visits and leading continuous improvement activity
  • Building and maintaining partnerships with commissioners and stakeholders
