Job Responsibilities
- Line manage each home’s Registered Manager for six children’s residential care homes.
- Work with Registered Managers to ensure safe and effective management of each home, ensuring all homes meet company and OFSTED standards.
- Lead on senior management recruitment.
- Work alongside the Senior Management Team and HR department in staff management.
- Maintain autonomy to manage own diary.
Contract Details
- Full-time, permanent contract.
- Salary up to £75,000 plus up to £20,000 in bonuses.
- Loyalty programme available to all management staff members.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management.
- 2+ years experience as a Responsible Individual.
- Driving licence.
