As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will support children and young people aged 8 to 18 years with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), helping them develop socially, emotionally, and behaviourally in a safe and caring environment.

Key Responsibilities- Encourage young people to participate in activities and take responsibility for their lives according to their age.
