Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join a children’s residential care home in Ribchester, Lancashire. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional passionate about supporting young people with Autistic Spectrum and complex needs. The Team Leader will play a vital role in delivering high‑quality care and education, fostering a nurturing environment where children and young people can thrive.

Key Responsibilities
